Magic in sufferings
You know quite well, deep within you, that there is only a single magic, a single power, a single salvation...and that is called loving. Well, then, love your suffering. Do not resist it, do not flee from it. It is your aversion that hurts, nothing else.

REGRETS
Make it a rule of life never to regret and never to look back. Regret is an appalling waste of energy; you can't build on it; it's only for wallowing in.

When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us.

Fear not for the future, weep not for the past.

Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time; it is regret for the things we did not do that is inconsolable.

First Sight!!
Love at first sight is easy to understand; it's when two people have been looking at each other for a lifetime that it becomes a miracle.

all things haf their seasons
For everything there is a season,And a time for every matter under heaven:A time to be born, and a time to die;A time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;A time to kill, and a time to heal;A time to break down, and a time to build up;A time to weep, and a time to laugh;A time to mourn, and a time to dance;A time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together;A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing;A time to seek, and a time to lose;A time to keep, and a time to throw away;A time to tear, and a time to sew;A time to keep silence, and a time to speak;A time to love, and a time to hate,A time for war, and a time for peace.

Indifference
The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference. The opposite of art is not ugliness, it's indifference. The opposite of faith is not heresy, it's indifference. And the opposite of life is not death, it's indifference.

Lurve ~ or leave?
Developing feelings for someone is not a rare and difficult situation to find yourself in. If you have enough in common and you spend enough time together, romantic feelings will start to emerge. Of course there are those relationships where things just seem to click better than others. In order for that to happen though, both parties need to be on the same page, or at least try to be on the same page. In your situation, it seems like you are the only one who cares whether this relationship lasts or not. This is not a recipe for success. If he keeps pushing you away, you're not going to have many opportunities to grow in the relationship. When you get to a real problem, how is he going to handle that? Will he just push it away as well? It really doesn't matter what your friend says, you have to go by your own instincts here.

Low Self-Esteem
It is perhaps best described as having a low opinion of oneself (either consciously or not), and/or feelings of being 'worthless'.
It can surface in thoughts and in feelings and will often appear to manifest physically - in body postures, actions and health.
All of this can result in:
-Feelings of 'being stuck'
-Low motivation
-Low energy levels
-Lack of physical activity
-Potentially destructive behaviors
-Depression
-Feeling helpless to change anything
-Relationship difficulties: Low self esteem and divorce are unhappy partners.

Self esteem: How to improve it
This can get tricky as any change requires a certain amount of motivation - something those those experiencing low self worth may not have much of.
And just trying to be a cheery and positive person around them can even make it worse. I'm sure we have nearly all experienced the "Cheer up, it may never happen!" type of 'advice!

STRESS!!!!!!!
Today...lets tok abt sth called
STRESS...

Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress StressStress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress Stress $tressStre$$ $TRE$$
One can hardly pick up a newspaper or magazine or watch TV without seeing or hearing some reference to Why all the sudden fuss and fascination? After all, stress has been around since Adam and Eve were evicted from the Garden of Eden. Is it because there is much more stress today? Is it because the nature of contemporary stress is somehow different and more dangerous? Or is it because scientific research has increasingly confirmed the crucial role stress can play in causing and aggravating different disorders and the diverse mechanisms of actions responsible for mediating its multitudinous effects?
The answer to all of these questions is a very resounding "YES!"

Stress is an unavoidable consequence of life. As Hans Selye (who coined the term as it is currently used) noted, "Without stress, there would be no life". However, just as distress can cause disease, it seems plausible that there are good stresses that promote wellness. Stress is not always necessarily harmful. Winning a race or election can be just stressful as losing, or more so, but may trigger very different biological responses. Increased stress results in increased productivity -- up to a point. However, this level differs for each of us. It's very much like the stress on a violin string. Not enough produces a dull, raspy sound. Too much tension makes a shrill, annoying noise or snaps the string. However, just the right degree can create a magnificent tone. Similarly, we all need to find the proper level of stress that allows us to perform optimally and make melodious music as we go through life.

.…Always fight for your highest attainable aim but never put up resistance in vain.…- Hans Selye -
